All returns must be requested within 48 hours after receiving the items,you may contact return jerseyspayment@gmail.com to request return, pls write return at email titile.

You will receive a response back via email with information on where to ship the shoes (please make sure to check your spam folder in your email account for our reply)

Once the package is received for a return, and a refund is the request, you will be contacted when the refund is submitted. Please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to processed and returned to your paying account.

unfortantely we don't accept exchange, if you insist exchange order, our proposal is you pay another USD30.00 to let us re-send one pair free, as it also cost you USD30.00 to send shoes back to US, Thanks.This is only for US customer.

Unacceptable reasons for an exchange or return: colors of the shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences from the picture, shoes do not fit (due in part of error by the customer), I would rather have a different shoe.

Shipping is made via EMS/USPS/TNT/DHL Express.
